१. आम्ही कोणती माहिती गोळा करतो 1. Data we collect

तुम्ही दिलेली प्रोफाइल माहिती: पूर्ण नाव, जन्म तारीख, वेळ व ठिकाण, लिंग, उंची, आहार व सवयी, शिक्षण, व्यवसाय, उत्पन्न, कुटुंब, गोत्र/देवक, ठिकाणे, नातेवाईक आणि फोटो. Profile details you give: full name, date, time and place of birth, gender, height, diet and habits, education, occupation, income, family, gotra/devak, places, relatives and photos.
तुमच्या ठिकाणांवरून काढलेली माहिती (उदा. जिल्हा, राज्य) आणि तुमची कुंडली — जुळणीसाठी आणि बायोडेटासाठी. Details derived from your places (such as district and state) and your horoscope chart — used for matching and your biodata.
तुमचा ईमेल पत्ता आणि साइन-इन सत्र (कुकी). Your email address and sign-in session (cookie).
तुम्ही अॅपमध्ये करता त्या गोष्टी: पाठवलेले स्वारस्य, संदेश, निवडलेल्या (shortlist) प्रोफाइल, ब्लॉक, आणि कोणत्या प्रोफाइलला भेट दिली. What you do in the app: interests, messages, your private shortlist, blocks, and which profiles you visited.
ऑडिट नोंदी: संमती, खाते व सुरक्षा घटना, बायोडेटा डाउनलोड, पाठवलेले ईमेल आणि तक्रारी — DPDP नुसार ७ वर्षे ठेवल्या जातात. यात संदेशांचा मजकूर नसतो. Audit records: consent, account and security events, biodata downloads, emails sent and grievances — kept 7 years as required under DPDP. They do not contain message text.
ओळख पडताळणी अद्याप उपलब्ध नाही; आम्ही कोणतीही ओळखपत्रे गोळा करत नाही. Identity verification is not available yet; we do not collect any identity documents.

२. आम्ही ती कशासाठी वापरतो 2. How we use it

तुम्हाला अनुरूप प्रोफाइल दाखवण्यासाठी (गुणमेलन, आवडीनिवडी, ठिकाण). To show you suitable profiles (kundli matching, preferences, location).
सूचना पाठवण्यासाठी: नवीन स्वारस्य, उत्तरे, संदेश, स्मरणपत्रे आणि (ऐच्छिक) दैनिक नवीन जुळण्या. Settings मध्ये बंद करता येतात. To send notifications: new interests, replies, messages, reminders and (optional) daily new matches. You can turn these off in Settings.
सुरक्षिततेसाठी: फोटो तपासणी, मर्यादा (rate limits), तक्रारी व ब्लॉक, गैरवापर रोखणे. For safety: photo moderation, rate limits, reports and blocks, preventing misuse.
कायदेशीर पालन आणि सुरक्षा घटनांना प्रतिसाद देण्यासाठी. For legal compliance and responding to security incidents.

३. माहिती कुठे साठवली जाते आणि कोणाला दिली जाते 3. Where data is stored and who processes it

तुमची प्रोफाइल, फोटो आणि संदेश भारतात (Google Cloud, मुंबई) साठवले जातात. Your profile, photos and messages are stored in India (Google Cloud, Mumbai).
अॅप चालवण्यासाठी आम्ही काही सेवा वापरतो, ज्या मर्यादित माहिती भारताबाहेर हाताळू शकतात: साइन-इन (Google Firebase Authentication — तुमचा ईमेल), ईमेल पाठवणे (Resend — तुमचा ईमेल व नाव), आणि नकाशे/ठिकाण शोध (Google Maps Platform — तुम्ही शोधलेले ठिकाण). To run the app we use a few service providers that may handle limited data outside India: sign-in (Google Firebase Authentication — your email), email delivery (Resend — your email and name), and maps / place search (Google Maps Platform — places you search for).
आम्ही तुमची माहिती जाहिरातदारांना किंवा डेटा विक्रेत्यांना देत नाही किंवा विकत नाही. We do not share or sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

४. इतर सदस्यांना काय दिसते 4. What other members see

तुमची प्रोफाइल फक्त विरुद्ध लिंगाच्या साइन-इन केलेल्या सदस्यांना दिसते — किंवा तुम्ही निवडल्यास फक्त तुमच्या जुळलेल्या सदस्यांना, किंवा कोणालाही नाही (Private). Your profile is shown only to signed-in members of the opposite gender — or, if you choose, only to your matches, or to nobody (Private).
तुमचा फोन/ईमेल दोघांनीही स्वारस्य स्वीकारल्यानंतरच दिसतो (Settings मध्ये बदलता येते). Your phone / email is shown only after both sides accept an interest (you can change this in Settings).
तुमची shortlist, ब्लॉक आणि तक्रारी फक्त तुम्हाला दिसतात; दुसऱ्या व्यक्तीला कळवले जात नाही. Your shortlist, blocks and reports are visible only to you; the other person is not told.

५. तुमचे अधिकार (DPDP §११–§१३) 5. Your rights (DPDP §11–§13)

माहिती मिळवणे: Settings → Download my data मधून तुमची सर्व माहिती डाउनलोड करा. Access: download all your data from Settings → Download my data.
दुरुस्ती: तुमची प्रोफाइल कधीही बदला (नाव व जन्म माहिती प्रोफाइल तयार झाल्यानंतर ७ दिवसांनी लॉक होते; चूक असल्यास आमच्याशी संपर्क साधा). Correction: edit your profile any time (name and birth details lock 7 days after the profile is created; contact us to fix a mistake).
हटवणे: Settings → Delete account. प्रोफाइल लगेच लपवली जाते; ३० दिवसांनंतर प्रोफाइल, फोटो, मसुदे, जुळण्या, सूचना, shortlist, पाठवलेले व मिळालेले स्वारस्य, संभाषणे व संदेश, प्रोफाइल भेटींच्या नोंदी, ब्लॉक, शेअर लिंक आणि साइन-इन खाते कायमचे हटवले जाते; इतर सदस्यांच्या shortlist व जुळणी यादीतूनही तुम्हाला काढले जाते. ऑडिट नोंदी, तक्रारी आणि पेमेंट नोंदी कायद्यानुसार ठेवल्या जातात. Erasure: Settings → Delete account. Your profile is hidden immediately; after 30 days we permanently delete your profile, photos, drafts, matches, notifications, shortlist, interests sent and received, conversations and messages, profile-visit records, blocks, share links and sign-in account, and remove you from other members' shortlists and match lists. Audit records, grievances and payment records are kept as the law requires.
संमती मागे घेणे: Settings मध्ये प्रोफाइल Private करा (कोणालाही दिसणार नाही) किंवा खाते हटवा. Withdraw consent: set your profile to Private in Settings (shown to nobody) or delete your account.

६. सुरक्षाभंगाची सूचना 6. Breach notification

वैयक्तिक माहितीचा सुरक्षाभंग झाल्यास, आम्ही DPDP कायदा व नियमांनुसार डेटा संरक्षण मंडळ आणि प्रभावित वापरकर्त्यांना कळवू. If a personal-data breach happens, we will inform the Data Protection Board and affected users as required by the DPDP Act and Rules.
