१. पात्रता 1. Eligibility

• तुमचे वय १८ किंवा त्याहून अधिक असणे आवश्यक आहे. You must be 18 or older.
• तुम्ही अचूक आणि खरी माहिती देणे आवश्यक आहे. You must provide accurate, truthful information.
• एका व्यक्तीसाठी एकच प्रोफाइल. डुप्लिकेट किंवा बनावट प्रोफाइल काढून टाकल्या जातील आणि वापरकर्त्यावर बंदी घातली जाईल. One profile per person. Duplicate or fake profiles will be removed and the user banned.

२. स्वीकार्य वापर 2. Acceptable use

• त्रास देणे, शिवीगाळ, द्वेषपूर्ण भाषा किंवा पाठलाग करू नये. No harassment, abuse, hate speech, or stalking.
• पैसे मागणे, फसवणूक किंवा वेश्याव्यवसाय यांना मनाई आहे. No solicitation, scams, or prostitution.
• इतर वापरकर्त्यांची वैयक्तिक माहिती त्यांच्या संमतीशिवाय शेअर करू नये. No sharing personal information of other users without their consent.
• स्वयंचलित स्क्रॅपिंग किंवा AI द्वारे आमच्या वापरकर्त्यांची क्रॉस-मॅचिंग करू नये. No automated scraping or AI-driven cross-matching across our user base.

३. फोटो आणि ओळख पडताळणी 3. Photo & identity verification

• फोटो सार्वजनिक होण्यापूर्वी AI द्वारे तपासले जातात. Photos are AI-moderated before becoming public.
• प्रोफाइलवर “Verified” बॅज असल्याशिवाय LagnPatrika सदस्यांची ओळख किंवा त्यांनी दिलेली माहिती तपासत नाही. ओळख पडताळणी अद्याप उपलब्ध नाही. LagnPatrika does not verify members’ identity or the details they give unless their profile shows a “Verified” badge. Identity verification is not available yet.
• ओळख पडताळणी सुरू झाल्यावर ती ऐच्छिक असेल, कोणत्याही जुळणी किंवा कुंडली गुणांवर तिचा परिणाम होणार नाही, आणि ओळखपत्रे तपासणीनंतर २४ तासांत हटवली जातील. When identity verification is introduced it will be optional, will not change any match or Kundli score, and identity documents will be deleted within 24 hours of the check.

४. तुमची सुरक्षितता 4. Your safety

• वैयक्तिक माहिती, फोटो किंवा व्हिडिओ शेअर करण्यापूर्वी किंवा कोणालाही भेटण्यापूर्वी, ती व्यक्ती आणि तिची माहिती खरी आहे याची स्वतः खात्री करा — उदाहरणार्थ व्हिडिओ कॉल, त्यांचे कुटुंब आणि परस्पर ओळखीच्या लोकांमार्फत. Before sharing personal details, photos or videos, or meeting anyone, please confirm for yourself that the person and their details are genuine — for example through a video call, their family, and people you both know.
• कोणी पैसे, OTP किंवा बँक माहिती मागितल्यास अत्यंत सावध राहा आणि आम्हाला कळवा. Be very careful if anyone asks you for money, OTPs or bank details, and report it to us.
• तुम्ही कोणत्याही सदस्याला त्यांच्या प्रोफाइलवरून Report किंवा Block करू शकता; त्यांना कळवले जात नाही. तक्रारींचा आढावा आमचे तक्रार निवारण अधिकारी घेतात (/grievance). You can report or block any member from their profile; they are not told. Reports are reviewed by our Grievance Officer (/grievance).

५. उत्तरदायित्व 5. Liability

LagnPatrika केवळ ओळख करून देण्यास मदत करते; परिणाम (अनुरूपता, विवाह, कौटुंबिक निर्णय) ही तुमची जबाबदारी आहे. कोणत्याही वापरकर्त्याने केलेल्या दाव्यांची आम्ही हमी देत नाही. LagnPatrika facilitates introductions; outcomes (compatibility, marriage, family decisions) are your responsibility. We do not warrant any user’s representations.

६. खाते बंद करणे 6. Termination

या अटींचे उल्लंघन करणारी खाती आम्ही निलंबित किंवा बंद करू शकतो. तुम्ही कधीही /settings मधून तुमचे खाते हटवू शकता. तुमची प्रोफाइल लगेच लपवली जाते आणि ३० दिवसांत साइन इन करून तुम्ही ती परत मिळवू शकता; त्यानंतर ती कायमची हटवली जाते. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via /settings. Your profile is hidden immediately and you can restore it by signing in within 30 days; after that it is permanently deleted.

७. न्यायक्षेत्र 7. Jurisdiction

वाद मुंबई, महाराष्ट्र, भारत येथील न्यायालयांच्या अधिकारक्षेत्रात येतील. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
